Shipping Policy
When will my order ship?
Please refer to the product descriptions for expected ship dates. Orders will be held until the entire order is ready to ship in accordance to the ship date listed in the product descriptions.
This does not include time in transit and is regardless of shipping method chosen at checkout.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
* Domestic vs International shipments
* Total weight of package
We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order up to 48 hours after purchase. After that we cannot accommodate any cancellations. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels and item purchased. Please email rjpasin@triple-arm.mail.kustomerapp.com for any exchange inquiries.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes! Please email rjpasin@triple-arm.mail.kustomerapp.com with your name, order number, and updated shipping address as soon as possible. Once your order leaves our warehouse we are unable to make any changes.
